The Vikings Den offers approximately 3,900 square feet of first-level private space for gathering, dining, and celebrating. Whether hosting an intimate dinner or a larger wedding celebration of up to 80 guests, the space provides a memorable backdrop with castle-inspired interiors, a fireplace, deck access, and panoramic 360° views.

Set across more than seven acres of private grounds, Chateau De Kennedy gives residents room to relax, reconnect, and celebrate at their own pace. Guests can enjoy quiet mornings, scenic views, and private estate living while planning gatherings that feel refined, comfortable, and personal.

Chateau De Kennedy provides the setting while guests shape the experience. Residents may coordinate their own catering, beverages, décor, vendors, lighting, and entertainment, subject to property guidelines. For approved wedding gatherings, valid event liability insurance is required. Alcohol service must be handled by a licensed bartender or approved alcohol service provider.
