This unique model allows you to claim the estate as your private residence for an extended period, eliminating the constraints of traditional hourly venues. For $10,000, you enjoy exclusive access to the grounds and a refined third-level suite, allowing your wedding to unfold as a truly immersive experience.
The Vikings Den, our primary celebration space, spans 3,900 square feet and is designed to host up to 80 guests. This intimate scale ensures that your gathering maintains an atmosphere of exclusivity and sophisticated warmth.
Chateau Dee Kennedy operates as a private residence rather than a licensed venue, giving you the freedom to bring your own preferred caterers and vendors. While we do not provide food or alcohol, we require a licensed bartender for alcohol service and event liability insurance for your gathering.
To ensure exclusive access to the castle for your chosen dates, we require a 50 percent non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due in full prior to your arrival, allowing for a seamless transition into your private sanctuary.
Located on the first level of the castle, the Vikings Den features distinctive interiors, a central fireplace, and access to an upper deck. It offers panoramic 360-degree views of our seven-acre estate, providing a majestic backdrop for your celebration.
